We do not store your full name, company name, or email address in our own database. We do not sell, share, or license your personal information to third parties. We do not use your audit responses to train AI models — your responses are processed by Anthropic's API under Anthropic's data handling policies.

We store anonymized audit session data (no names, emails, or company identifiers) to validate the FLAME scoring methodology, identify scoring inconsistencies, and improve the Tool over time. This data may be referenced in aggregate in future publications or research. No individual can be identified from this data.
You may request deletion of any personally identifiable information associated with your email address by contacting flame@rodrik.io. We will respond within 30 days. Note that anonymized session data cannot be deleted because it is not linked to your identity.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. The Tool does not maintain a user database. Personal information exists only within third-party service providers (Anthropic, Resend, Vercel) subject to their respective security standards.
This Tool is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Tool evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.
